1. Acceptance & Licensing

By accessing our games, web interfaces, or developer resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our interactive services in compliance with these conditions.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in actions that degrade system reliability or violate intellectual property boundaries, including:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of proprietary lockstep networking protocols or proprietary asset decryption tools.
• Deploying automated penetration tools, malicious botting infrastructure, or unauthenticated fuzzing frameworks against our service gateways.
• Interfering with deterministic game simulations or forging player receipts.

3. Intellectual Property

All game titles, characters, world lore, trade names, audio-visual compositions, simulation algorithms, and proprietary pipeline tools remain the exclusive property of Miyouguo Interactive Ltd. and its licensors.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All software releases and web portals are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Miyouguo Interactive Ltd. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from connection latency or service interruptions.

5. Governing Jurisdiction
